I know that driving to Missouri, where I grew up, that it takes about 14 hours to get to St. Louis Missouri, Memphis is south and east.
I'll do map quest and get back to you. I'm going to drive and pull the Savage on a trailer I think, as I've never ridden that far or long on a bike, and I also am only going to take a day off work.
I do think that driving my Blazer I can do it in one day, but 12 hours on a motorcycle sounds hard to me. But you are the expert.
